Towns run by players

Every settlement governs itself

Greenhollow's Moot, Dunhallow's Corporation and the councils of Ardcarrow, Inishcorr, Kelp Strand and Stiltwick are filled by players.

Stand for office

Become a citizen, run in the elections, and serve as councillor, mayor, guard or magistrate.

Pass laws

Propose and vote on the laws, clauses and public works your town lives by.

Found a guild

Gather signatures on a charter, then build up your guild hall together.

Trade and settle

Sell on the market boards, post buy orders, and buy a home in any of eleven towns.

When you fall

Death leaves a mark, not a reset

You never lose a level.

Downed

You have a minute. Any nearby player can revive you at a quarter health, with no Scar.

Scar

If no one comes, you take a Scar. It fades after a day without a death, but your Legend remembers.

Echo

Some of your current XP turns to Echo, which you earn back as you play.

Sanctuary

Release to wake at the nearest sanctuary of the land you fell in. You never lose gold or items.
